by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Tuesday, February 25th, 2014

Prince, Glover & Hayes Attorney Coe Baxter has settled a claim for a family of five who suffered injuries when they were involved in a three-car-collision on Highway 78 in Jefferson County. The adverse driver hit the first vehicle at such a speed causing severe damage to the rear portion of the vehicle and also, causing it to spin 180 degrees coming to a stop in the median. The adverse continued in the same lane after crashing into the first vehicle with enough speed to then collide with the third vehicle. All clients required medical treatment for their injuries including surgery. Mr. Baxter was successful in negotiating a favorable settlement for all five clients without the need to file a lawsuit.
