Attorney Coe Baxter Settles Dog Bite Case for $65,000

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Friday, August 4th, 2017

Coe Baxter recently settled a case where his client and her dog were bitten and attacked by another dog. Our client was walking her dog in the morning, and the offending dog was in the street, unsupervised. The unsupervised dog then attacked our client’s dog. In the process of trying to save her dog, our client was also bitten and scratched. Her dog required intensive medical care, and Coe Baxter fought to ensure her, and her dog’s, medical bills would be compensated.

The attorneys here at Prince, Glover and Hayes deal with dog attack cases like this every day. If you or someone you know suffered from a dog attack, please don’t hesitate to contact our experienced attorneys.
