Attorneys Matt Glover and Blake Williams Settle Tuscaloosa County Dog Bite Case

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Thursday, June 5th, 2014

Attorneys Matt Glover and Blake Williams have reached a favorable settlement in a dog bite personal injury case in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.  Our client was in the process of removing tornado debris from an individual’s property when he was attacked by a dog.  Unfortunately, the dog owners allowed their dog to roam freely without the use of a leash.  Our client suffered from extremely painful injuries and was forced to undergo over two years of medical treatment, including surgery.

Through our case investigation, we were able to show that the dog had a prior history of altercations with other individuals in the neighborhood.  We were also able to show that the homeowners failed to put in place safety precautions to prevent such an attack from taking place.  As a result, we were able to get a maximum recovery for our client.  Our client was extremely pleased with the outcome.

Prince, Glover & Hayes handles dog bite cases from all across the state of Alabama.  If you or anyone you know has been injured and would like a free consultation, please call our office today.
