Bob Prince Obtains $350,000 Settlement in 18-wheeler Case

Prince Glover Law Senior Partner Robert F. Prince obtained a $350,000 settlement in a case filed in Baldwin County, Alabama. The settlement was reached on behalf of a South Alabama man who was t-boned when an 18-wheeler failed to yield the right of way and pulled out in front of him. Prior to this wreck, the driver was arrested for cocaine possession and the trucking company continued to employ him.
