Coe Baxter Delivers Presentation at ALAJ Luncheon

Attorney G. Coe Baxter recently delivered a legal presentation at a luncheon to the Emerging Leaders group of the Alabama Association for Justice titled “Systematically Employing Rule 45 and Other Discovery Tools in Trucking Cases.” The presentation, delivered to an audience of other plaintiff attorneys in the state, focused on subpoena procedures governed by the Uniform Interstate Deposition and Discovery Act (UIDDA), Uniform Foreign Depositions Act (UFDA), in addition to similar subpoena statutes with and without court involvement.

Baxter’s primary law practice focuses on personal injury, insurance fraud, bad faith, environmental law, contract law and wrongful death. The Alabama Association for Justice aims to provide a fair and equal civil justice atmosphere for all Alabamians through educational and ethical programming for member attorneys throughout the state.
