Coe Baxter Settles Automobile Accident Case

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Monday, April 18th, 2011

Prince, Glover & Hayes attorney Coe Baxter has reached an agreement with the adverse insurance company in a rear-end accident case. Our client was stopped in traffic when she was struck from behind by the defendant. The defendant told officers he did not remember anything leading up to the accident, nor did he remember the accident itself. Mr. Baxter’s inquiry into the defendant’s past revealed that the defendant had ten traffic violations and criminal arrests, including eluding police, driving with a suspended license, and possession of marijuana. Mr. Baxter used this information to negotiate a settlement with the insurance company.

Mr. Baxter, our newest attorney, has already achieved numerous impressive settlements and agreements with adverse insurance companies. Our office handles all types of automobile accidents.
