Coe Baxter Settles Personal Injury Case

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Wednesday, February 6th, 2013

Attorney Coe Baxter has recently settled a motor vehicle collision case in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. At the time of the wreck, our client was a college student traveling to class when her vehicle was struck as a result of the adverse driver failing to yield the right of way in her attempt to cross the roadway. Our client suffered damages as a result of the adverse driver’s recklessness, including bodily injury, high medical expenses and lost time in school. Attorney Baxter successfully negotiated a favorable settlement with the adverse driver’s insurance company without the need to file a law suit.

Prince, Glover & Hayes handles personal injury cases from all over the state. Please call our office today for a free consultation.
