Emerging Leaders Chairmanship

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Friday, July 6th, 2012

Prince, Glover and Hayes is pleased to announce that partner Josh Hayes has been elected as the 2012-2013 Chair of the Emerging Leaders Section of the Alabama Association for Justice.

ALAJ’s EL section, which is beginning it’s second decade of existence, is composed of trial lawyers who have been practicing less than 15 years or who are 40 years of age or younger. The Chair of the section automatically serves as a member of the ALAJ Board of Directors. Josh is beginning his second one-year term on that important board.

ALAJ’s mission statement is as follows:

Our mission is to make sure any person who is injured by the misconduct and negligence of    others can get justice in the courtroom, even when taking on the most powerful interests; to eliminate civil justice restrictions; to ensure our members have the tools needed to provide a level playing field through timely ethical and educational programs; to strengthen the civil justice system so that deserving individuals can get justice and wrongdoers can be held accountable; to strive for equality in the one room where individuals and powerful interests are held accountable- The American Courtroom.

Josh looks forward to this year of service to ALAJ and the clients this group represents.
