Prince, Glover & Hayes Files Auto Accident Case in Shelby County

Robert Prince of Prince, Glover & Hayes has filed suit on behalf of Alabaster man who was involved in an auto accident on New Year’s Eve. Our client was sitting at a red light when the defendant failed to yield the right of way and collided into another car. As a result of this collision our client’s car was struck. Our client has suffered numerous injuries and has even undergone back surgery due to the accident. Suit has been filed against the at-fault driver and our client’s Underinsured Motorist Insurance.

Josh Hayes Elected to Honors College Board of Visitors

Prince, Glover & Hayes lawyer Josh Hayes has been elected to the University of Alabama’s Honors College Board of Visitors. The Board of Visitors is a 24-member board of civic leaders dedicated to pursuing the mission of the Honors College: recruiting, educating, and promoting the best and brightest students at UA. The Honors College, created in September 2003, affirms the University of Alabama’s commitment to empower its students to achieve the very top of their potential, and then be rewarded for that achievement.

Prince, Glover & Hayes Encourages You to “Go Green”

We have “gone green” at Prince, Glover & Hayes and we encourage you to also. We use a program to recycle paper at our office and have, according to the folks who administer the program, saved thirteen trees so far this year. We also recycle plastic, aluminum and cardboard.

The City of Tuscaloosa recycles #1 and #2 plastic, aluminum and steel cans, cardboard, newspaper, paper, magazines, and plastic grocery bags. You can drop off your recyclable items at the following locations in Tuscaloosa: Fire Stations #2, #3, #6, and #7, Skyland Elementary School, Environmental/Services Department, Old West Lawn Middle School, University Church of Christ, and Capitol School

Prince Glover & Hayes Files Wrongful Death Case in Bullock County, Alabama

Attorneys Bob Prince and Josh Hayes have filed suit in Bullock County, Alabama this week against Prison Health Services and various other defendants concerning the wrongful death of an inmate. Along with the help of local counsel Senator Myron Penn of Penn & Seaborn, we proudly represent the mother of a young man who died as a result of medical malpractice. Helping with the case will be Legal Assistant Morgan Black.
