Firm Files Suit in Personal Injury Case

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Monday, March 19th, 2012

Prince, Glover & Hayes partner Matt Glover filed suit this month in a personal injury case. Our client was at work holding a PVC pipe down while another employee was cutting the pipe. The saw blade flew off the saw the employee was using and hit our client, cutting his hand severely. Our client has lost use of that hand. Mr. Glover filed suit under the Alabama Extended Manufacturer Liability Doctrine, Worker’s Compensation, claims of negligence/wantonness, failure to properly warn, breach of express and implied warranty, and loss of consortium on behalf of the client’s wife. Our firm handles all kinds of personal injury cases, on or off the job.
