Josh Hayes Files Suit in Federal Court

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Wednesday, April 24th, 2013

Partner Josh Hayes recently filed suit in Federal Court in a case where his client was falsely diagnosed as having HIV. The Plaintiff is a well-respected engineer and his wife is a highly regarded real estate agent. Our client was forced to notify his employer that he had been diagnosed with HIV, when in reality he had been misdiagnosed.

This error on the part of the Defendant, a large out-of-state testing facility, has greatly impacted the Plaintiffs lives. The reckless, careless, negligent and wanton acts of the Defendant and its employees caused the Plaintiffs to suffer extreme emotional distress, mental anguish and embarrassment. Our clients were caused to miss time from work and to attend additional medical appointments.

Prince, Glover & Hayes handles cases all over the state of Alabama. Please call our office today for a free consultation.
