Josh Hayes Files Workplace Injury Lawsuit in Jefferson County

Prince, Glover, and Hayes partner Josh Hayes recently filed suit for a personal injury case arising out of an on-the-job injury in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County. The client was working at his location of employment when he suffered the loss of two of his fingers due to a malfunctioning table saw. The client has endured pain and functional limitation since the accident. To this date, he still faces serious setbacks as a result of his injured hand. The suit was filed the saw’s manufacturer because evidence the saw, when used in its intended design, is unreasonably dangerous.
