Josh Hayes Settles Case for all Available Insurance Proceeds
Prince Glover Law’s Josh Hayes reached a settlement on behalf of a University of Alabama student who was struck by a vehicle that illegally passed another vehicle in a no passing zone and drove directly into the path of the vehicle occupied by our client resulting in a head on collision. Our client suffered from multiple fractures and other severe injuries. The Firm settled the case for policy limits on all available insurance proceeds.
