Josh Hayes Settles Wreck Case for Policy Limits

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Monday, April 30th, 2012

Partner Josh Hayes has settled a car wreck case for the maximum policy amount with our client’s UIM carrier. UIM, or uninsured motorist coverage, is insurance that pays for injuries and losses as a result of a collision with an uninsured driver. In this case, our client was traveling down Highway 82 when an uninsured motorist pulled out in front of her, causing a collision. Since the other driver didn’t have insurance or any assets, our client had to recover from her UIM carrier for her ankle fracture and ankle dislocation. Mr. Hayes settled the case with the insurance carrier before filing suit. Prince, Glover & Hayes accepts UIM cases all over the state of Alabama.
