Josh Hayes Settles Wreck Case Involving Street Racing

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Wednesday, April 25th, 2012

Josh Hayes recently settled a car wreck case before filing suit. Our client was the passenger in a Mustang. The young girl driving the Mustang told officers that two trucks were racing and one cut her off, causing her to lose control of the vehicle and strike a concrete barrier. A witness who called 911, however, reported that the two trucks passed him doing around 90mph, and then the mustang passed him two seconds later at about the same speed trying to catch up to the trucks. Our client suffered head and face injuries. The accident left her with permanent scarring, which could potentially ruin the modeling career of which she dreamed. She also suffered from memory loss, headaches, confusion, mood swings, depression, anxiety, and anger. Mr. Hayes initially rejected settlement offers from the insurance company as being too low, and upon further negotiation was able to settle the case for a higher amount. Prince, Glover & Hayes accepts wreck cases from anywhere in Alabama.
