Matt Glover and Josh Hayes Obtain Verdict in Case Involving Heavy Equipment Truck

Prince Glover Law’s Matt Glover and Josh Hayes obtained a $60,000 verdict on behalf of a Tuscaloosa resident who was struck by a heavy equipment truck that ran a red light. Our client suffered from multiple injuries including disk herniation and severe abdominal pain. Prince Glover Law was able to prove the driver of the vehicle was unfit to be driving a heavy equipment truck and that the company for which he was driving was negligent in allowing him to operate the vehicle.
