Matt Glover Settles Second Part of Bad Faith Insurance Case

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Wednesday, August 22nd, 2012

Partner Matt Glover settled the second part of a case involving eight insurance agents who suffered financially when their employer secretly began negotiating a deal whereby their company would be bought out. These insurance agents were kept in the dark about these negotiations and ultimately lost almost all of their customer base which they had worked their entire adult lives to build and prosper. The first part of the case involved an arbitration with one set of Defendants, and partner Matt Glover recently settled with the second set of Defendants. Prince, Glover and Hayes handles all types of fraud and bad faith cases against insurance companies.
