Meet Our Newest Partner- Josh Hayes

Josh Hayes has been named a partner in the firm, which is now known as Prince, Glover & Hayes.

Hayes joined the firm in 2004 after previously serving as a senior aide for former Governor Don Siegelman and as legislative director for Lt. Governor Lucy Baxley.

He graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama’s College of Commerce and Business Administration in 1998 with an honor’s degree in accounting and a minor in computer-based honors. He is a 2003 graduate of the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, where he was on the editorial board of the Jones Law Review.

Hayes was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2004, and is a member of the Alabama Association for Justice, serving on its board of governors. He is also on the advisory board of UA’s Blackburn Institute, a leadership development program dedicated to improving the quality of life in Alabama and the nation, and does pro bono work through the Alabama Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyer Program.

He is married to the former Carrie Ann Bentley, a registered nurse at Hospice of West Alabama.
