by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Friday, September 6th, 2013

Partner Joshua Hayes has filed suit in Clarke County on behalf of our client who was injured when he fell through a poorly marked and poorly maintained area of roof, which ended up being a dilapidated skylight.  Our client was working on a commercial building when he fell approximately 20 feet to a concrete floor.  He suffered extensive and permanent injuries, including paralysis.  Mr. Hayes is suing the the owner of the building for failure to properly maintain the skylights and also for failure to provide the required safety equipment to our client.  It is possible that other defendants will be added as the discovery phase of this lawsuit begins.
