Partner Josh Hayes Files Suit Following a Two Car Wreck in Mississippi

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Wednesday, July 25th, 2012

Prince, Glover and Hayes attorney Josh Hayes has filed suit in a personal injury case arising from a two car wreck on a busy highway in Mississippi. Our client was traveling in Mississippi, when he saw another vehicle merging onto the highway. After changing lanes to give the vehicle room to merge, a car traveling in the opposite direction crossed the median and hit our client in the driver’s side door. Our client was pulling a trailer behind his truck, and the impact caused his pickup truck to jackknife. His sunroof was open, and he was ejected from the vehicle. The trauma to his leg was severe, and he has endured multiple surgeries. He is a resident of Alabama, and therefore the case was able to be filed in Alabama. Although Mr. Hayes has zealously advocated for our client, a case cannot be settled until the client has completed treatment. In Alabama, you have two years from the date of the accident to file a law suit. Because our client’s treatment is still ongoing, Mr. Hayes filed suit in order to preserve the case. The firm accepts personal injury cases from residents across the entire state of Alabama, no matter where the wreck occurred.
