Partner Josh Hayes has filed suit in a case involving a coal miner who was severely injured when the shuttle car he was operating lost control and crashed into the rock wall of the coal mine, causing a large rock to fall into the cab of the shuttle car.  As a result of the malfunction of the shuttle car and subsequent collision, the client suffered extensive injuries.  Specifically, the client spent over a month in the hospital, four of those weeks being spent on a ventilator.  He suffered a collapsed lung, dislocated pelvis, torn aorta, broken collar bone, and injuries to his back.  He underwent surgeries on his back, pelvis, collarbone, shoulder and hip.
