Partner Josh Hayes Settles Industrial Injury Case at Mediation

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Monday, April 28th, 2014

Partner Josh Hayes has settled yet another personal injury case.  Our client was on a job site as an ALDOT bridge inspector when an employee of a large construction company recklessly cut a piece of equipment which started falling in her direction.  When she turned to run out of the way, she tripped and fell onto her wrist, breaking the bone.  She endured surgery, physical therapy, and lost wages.  The company accused our client of being at fault, but we were able to prove the construction company did not do their job properly and violated numerous OSHA safety standards.

Our firm handles all types of personal injury cases across the state.  Call us today if you or someone you know have been injured.
