Partner Josh Hayes Settles Rear-End Collision Case in Tuscaloosa County

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Wednesday, June 21st, 2017

PGH Partner Josh Hayes recently settled a case for our client involved in a multi-vehicle rear-end collision in Tuscaloosa County. Our client was at a complete stop when he was rear-ended by the adverse party. The impact from the collision caused our client to hit the car stopped in front of him.

At the scene of the accident, our client complained of back pain and neck pain. He underwent several physical therapy treatments to help with his pain. To this date, our client shows much improvement, but he will likely continue to need occasional medical treatment for his conditions.

Mr. Hayes worked diligently on our client’s case. In the end, he was able to receive a settlement that covered our client’s medical expenses and additional costs and a significant amount for pain and suffering.

If you have been injured, you need an attorney to help you. Each attorney at Prince, Glover, and Hayes will help you seek justice. Call our office today for a free consultation.
