Alabama law allows victims to recover damages when a product is defective and inherently dangerous. Cases like this are very work intensive. They also involve using the best safety design engineers around the country.  It is critical in cases like this for a family to move quickly to preserve the product in question before it is destroyed, discarded or altered. It was honor for Matt Glover and the firm to represent the family of the deceased during their time of need.
