Partner Matt Glover Settles a Motorcycle Collision Case in Blount County

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Monday, November 4th, 2013

Partner Matt Glover has settled a case for a father and son who suffered injuries when they were out for an afternoon drive on the father’s motorcycle. The adverse driver failed to yield the right of way and caused the collision. The father was able to keep the motorcycle upright so that his son was not thrown off the bike. The father suffered a severe broken forearm. In fact, it took a plate and 9 screws to get his bone together. Attorney Glover obtained the policy limits for the adverse driver and obtained almost all of the UIM policy limits. He also obtained a settlement for the son.
