Prince, Glover & Hayes Files Suit in Dog Attack Case

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Thursday, May 24th, 2012

Partner Matt Glover filed suit last month in a dog-bite personal injury case in Tuscaloosa County. Our client was working outside when he was attacked by a German Shepard. The attack caused a rotator cuff tear. The dog was not on a leash and the owners had knowledge that the dog had previously attacked others. Mr. Glover’s suit alleges negligence, wantonness, and recklessness. Prince, Glover & Hayes accepts personal injury cases from the entire state of Alabama.
