Partner Matt Glover filed suit this week in Dale County for breach of contract bad faith against an insurance company for an accident in Hoover involving a fatality. Our client’s husband died two days after the crash from injuries he sustained after the driver of the car he was riding in lost control and struck a concrete barrier. The driver was traveling through a construction zone at an excessive speed in bad weather conditions. He was arrested for felony homicide.
