Prince, Glover & Hayes Files Suit in Tuscaloosa Motorcycle Crash

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Monday, February 13th, 2012

Partner Matt Glover filed suit this month in a motorcycle crash that left our client severely injured. The at-fault driver, a seventeen year old boy, was attempting to make an illegal U-turn when he struck our client, throwing him off the motorcycle. He suffered a broken hip, an injured wrist, and had the top of a finger torn off. He has had to undergo multiple surgeries. The defendant had insurance, but unfortunately it will probably not be enough to cover our client’s bills he incurred as a result of the collision. Our client does have uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, so Mr. Glover is attempting to recover from them as well.

Mr. Glover is working hard on this case to get our client’s medical bills and expenses paid, in addition to money for his pain and suffering. It is very important to stress that uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage is imperative. If you are involved in a collision such as this one, and the person at fault does not have enough insurance to cover your bills, UIM insurance will cover them for you if it is applicable to the case.
