by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Monday, October 14th, 2013

Partner Josh Hayes has settled a case for a truck driver who was injured when he fell into a pothole in a poorly lit parking lot. Our client suffered terrible injuries in his fall, including a fractured ankle and fractured right knee. He immediately had surgery on both his ankle and knee. He spent 4 days in the hospital and another 18 days in a rehabilitation facility. Our client was then transferred to a hospital in his home state of Texas where he stayed another 21 days. In total, he has undergone 7 surgeries. In addition to the very favorable confidential settlement, Mr. Hayes succeeded in getting the client’s medical lien reduced by over $138,000.

Our firm handles personal injury cases all over the state. If you have been injured, call us today.
