Prince, Glover & Hayes Settles Case in South Alabama

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Tuesday, August 9th, 2011

Prince, Glover & Hayes partner Matt Glover has reached a confidential settlement in a traumatic motorcycle accident case in Dale County, Alabama. Mr. Glover’s client was riding his motorcycle when he was struck by a Ford F360 that failed to yield the right of way. Our client suffered head injuries and multiple fractures. He was in ICU for 17 days, after which he spent approximately six weeks in a wheelchair, six more weeks using a walker, followed by six weeks on crutches. Mr. Glover went to great lengths to assist the client: he hired a life care planner to address the client’s long-term medical needs as well as his vocational limitations, hired an economist to project long term lost wages, and worked with the client’s medical providers to significantly reduce the amount of medical bills that had to be paid.

Prince, Glover & Hayes handles cases all over Alabama. We have numerous cases in South Alabama and across the state. No matter where you are located, Prince, Glover, & Hayes can handle your Alabama accident/personal injury case. Our firm frequently works with knowledgeable outside experts to assess cases, claims, lost wages, and medical, emotional, and psychiatric needs post-accident
