Prince, Glover & Hayes Settles Case on the Friday Before Trial

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Tuesday, July 6th, 2010

After two years of hard-fought litigation, Josh Hayes of Prince, Glover & Hayes obtained a six-figure settlement on the Friday before trial. This case was set to be tried in federal court in front of Chief Judge Sharon Blackburn of the Northern District of Alabama. At first glance, this case appeared to be a simple rear-end collision. However, after lots of hard work and diligent discovery, we were able to show that the Defendant slammed into the back of our client’s vehicle while intoxicated by a cocktail of beer, Xanax, cocaine and meth. Shockingly, the insurance company offered $30,000 to settle this case before a lawsuit was filed. They ended up paying five times that amount.

There is simply no way that a lay person would have the time or resources to properly investigate this case. If you or a loved one are hurt in a car wreck, please call an experienced personal injury lawyer today!
