Prince, Glover & Hayes Settles Negligence Case for Six Figures

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Monday, August 2nd, 2010

Paul Clemens of Prince, Glover & Hayes is proud to announce that the firm has settled a negligence case against a national home improvement retailer for six figures. Our client purchased wood at the store and store employees negligently loaded the materials on our client’s trailer. While our client was driving home, the load shifted and the trailer swayed back and forth. His truck and trailer overturned several times, nearly going over a bridge. Our client suffered severe injuries, lost consciousness, nearly died and spent nine days in the hospital. He lost over a month and ½ of work and continues to this day to suffer migraines and mental anguish. Ken “Chief” Swindle and paralegal Lynn Shirley were especially important in helping our client deal with the post-traumatic aspects of his wreck.
