Prince, Glover & Hayes Settles Products Liability Case

Partner Matt Glover has successfully settled a products liability case in mediation. Our client was injured when a tree stand fell after the locking pins failed. He suffered severe injury and fractures to his face, jaws, right arm, left femur, and fibular. Our client will be permanently scarred and disfigured as a result of the fall. Mr. Glover worked hard on this case to achieve a successful outcome.
