Prince, Glover & Hayes Takes on Dram Shop Case

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Tuesday, March 5th, 2013

Partner Joshua P. Hayes now represents two new clients that were in a single-car auto accident. Four teens were involved in the wreck after participating in underage drinking. One victim was killed and the rest were injured. We represent one client who was badly injured and the family of the deceased victim. The teens were sold alcohol while underage at a convenience store. The Defendant is the convenience store where the alcohol was purchased. Under the Alabama Dram Shop Act, the convenience store can be held liable for damages because they illegally sold alcohol to a minor.

Prince, Glover and Hayes handles auto accident and Dram Shop cases all over the state. Please call our office today for a free consultation.
