Prince Glover Law’s Josh Hayes Reaches Confidential Settlement in Catastrophic Injury Case

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Tuesday, August 18th, 2009

A horrendous automobile incident that occurred on December 1, 2008, in Eutaw, Alabama has changed the life of a young woman forever. Josh Hayes and the team at Prince Glover have reached a confidential settlement in her case. The medical bills alone totaled almost $200,000.

Our client was taking her morning jog when she was struck not once, but twice by cars that apparently did not see her in the roadway. The local ambulance service found the young woman lying on the roadway with traumatic and catastrophic injuries. She stayed in the hospital for 2 weeks, underwent a significant surgery, and trained herself to walk again during one week of constant physical therapy. She is truly an inspiration to all of us here at Prince Glover Law!

Chief Investigator Ken Swindle and Legal Assistant Windy Felton provided valuable assistance in getting this case settled for this client and her family. Prince Glover practices in the area of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, insurance fraud, workers’ compensation and environmental litigation.
