Forty-five teams put their chili recipes to the test at the fourth annual Greater Tuscaloosa Chili Cook-off this past Saturday at Bryant Conference Center in Tuscaloosa. Prince Glover Law’s own Ken Swindle led the “Cooking Some Justice” team.

All proceeds raised at this year’s record turnout will benefit the Exchange Club of Tuscaloosa’s projects for community service and the prevention of child abuse.

Teams vied for top chili, best booth, best costumes and showmanship awards.

The top three winners of the grand champion chili award received a trophy and a cash prize. Three $1,000 grants were also awarded to the top three nonprofit organizations that entered the competition.

Sadly, Prince Glover is not as good at cooking chili as handling personal injury cases!
