Prince Glover Law Reaches Confidential Settlement Just Days Before Trial

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Thursday, October 1st, 2009

Robert F. Prince and Joshua P. Hayes reached a confidential settlement with an out-of-state company in a wrongful death case filed in Pickens County, Alabama. The firm represented the the family of a young boy killed when his car was hit by a flatbed truck which was passing – on a double yellow line and in the rain. This was the second settlement for the family as a result of these tragic events.

This settlement was reached despite the testimony of four Alabama State Troopers. The Troopers all testified that the young man caused the wreck. Through exhaustive investigation, the firm located witnesses of whom the Troopers did not know when writing their report. These witnesses turned this case around and made this in to a winning case for this nice family.

Bob and Josh are blessed to have worked with them during the three years of litigation and are proud to call them friends. In addition to Prince and Hayes, paralegal Kacie Davis and lead investigator Chief Ken Swindle performed outstanding work on this case.
