Prince Glover settles Calhoun County Motorcycle Wreck Case for the Insurance Policy Limits

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Wednesday, March 31st, 2010

Prince Glover’s Josh Hayes was able to settle a Calhoun County motorcycle accident case which involved a husband and wife for the insurance policy limits of $100,000.00. Our clients were injured when a car pulled out in front of them. One of the clients is an Army veteran.

Early investigative work by Prince Glover’s investigator Chief Ken Swindle led to an early resolution of this case. Chief was able to secure valuable witness statements which helped sway the insurance company to go ahead and pay the limits before suit was even filed. This kind of investigative work is invaluable and is a good reason to see an experienced personal injury firm early, rather than trying to handle a case yourself. When the clients came to us, the insurance company had not offered them one penny.

Paralegal Mary Wilson also did a terrific job on this case in keep the case organized and on-track.

Prince Glover’s team was proud to do good, and quick, work on this case for our clients!
