Prince Glover Settles School Bus Cases

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Tuesday, March 31st, 2009

Prince Glover attorney Josh Hayes is pleased to announce the confidential settlement of 12 cases filed as a result of a horrific wreck in Marion County Alabama.  This collision between a school bus loaded with 19 children and a tractor trailer almost pushed the school bus down a ravine – and would have done just that but for the heroic efforts of the school bus driver.  The trucking company driver had numerous traffic tickets and other violations, had no formal training driving a tractor trailer, had never been tested on any safety regulations, and never even filled out an application with his company.  This favorable outcome is largely the result of the hard work of Kacie Davis, the paralegal assigned to this case.  Prince Glover is proud to have represented these fine Marion County families during this difficult time in their lives.
