United States District Court Remands Personal Injury Case to Montgomery Circuit Court

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Tuesday, October 23rd, 2012

Partner Joshua Hayes successfully convinced a United States District Judge to remand a personal injury case to state court. The wreck occurred in Montgomery County. Our client was driving down interstate 85 when the car in front of him unexpectedly and for no apparent reason slammed on his brakes. This caused our client to brake and the 18-wheeler behind him to rear-end him.

Mr. Hayes did not originally file suit, but became associated by a referring lawyer at a later date and has been the pivotal player in getting this case back to Alabama State Court. Mr. Hayes is working hard to get our client’s medical bills and expenses paid and to hold the 18-wheeler company accountable for his client’s other damages.
