Wrongful Death Motorcycle Case Settled by Prince Glover Law

by: Prince, Glover & Hayes Monday, October 12th, 2009

Prince Glover’s Josh Hayes recently obtained a wrongful death and personal injury settlement in the amount of $250,000.00 in adverse and underinsured motorist (UIM) insurance policy limits for his client who was seriously injured in a terrible motorcycle crash in Tuscaloosa County near Lake Tuscaloosa. The at-fault driver pulled out in front of Mr. Hayes’ clients who were riding a motorcycle with their helmets on. The accident resulted in the death of the motorcycle driver and left his wife with serious personal injuries. Again, this proves the necessity of acquiring underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage.

Paralegal Lynn Shirley’s work on this case greatly added to its value and allowed this catastrophic case to be settled without a lawsuit being filed. Great work, Lynn!
